Elizabeth joined Connors in 2021 and is the cheerful voice you will typically hear when you call our home office. Elizabeth’s additional functions include all back-office processing including accounting duties, and maintaining client accounts. Prior to Connors, she worked at Bearings, Belts & Chain Inc. and Sinking Spring Family Dental, LLC. Elizabeth has two teenage children and enjoys cooking, gardening, and volunteering.

President
Peter Connors joined the firm in 1992 after five years in the computer services industry. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA degree in Economics and is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder, having been awarded the designation in 1999. In addition to his broader corporate responsibilities, Peter helps lead the team in its strategic planning, product development, product innovation and client services initiatives. He leads the Business Operations Committee and the firm’s Portfolio Management Investment Committee and is active in engineering options products and solutions.
Senior Vice President
After fourteen years in banking, where he was a financial advisor to high income and high-net-worth individuals, Steve joined Connors in 1997. He received a BS degree in Finance from Juniata College and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Steve is a Certified Financial Planner™ and is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of client investment programs.

Steven Pottieger served as a Financial Advisor before joining Connors in 2005. While at Morgan Stanley and E.F. Hutton, he was a Retirement Planning Specialist, advising clients on a variety of investment strategies. Steve graduated from Albright College with a BS degree in Business and Finance. Steve is a Certified Financial Planner™ and his duties include client relationships, monitoring asset allocations and working with advisors in the brokerage community.
Vice President
Michael Noon joined the firm in 2012. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including various roles with the Trust and Investment Management Division of Wells Fargo Wealth Management. Most recently, he was Senior Fiduciary Manager of the Pennsylvania-Delaware Regional Trust Center, Lancaster, PA. Mike graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in 1992. Mike manages business development, client relationships, monitors asset allocations and oversees compliance.

Tom Platt joined Connors in 2013, with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working for companies such as BlackRock, Barclays and Putnam Investments. He received a BA from State University of New York, Geneseo Campus, and his Certified Investment Manager Analyst® (CIMA®) designation in 2007. Tom’s responsibilities include oversight of national sales, advisor education and the on-boarding of Connors’ portfolios to major firms throughout the country.

Robert Cagliola joined the firm in 1999. Previously, he was employed by Miller Anderson & Sherrerd, an asset management firm in West Conshohocken, PA, and as a Portfolio Analyst with SEI Investment Co. in Wayne, PA. Rob received a BS/BA degree in Finance and Economics from Shippensburg University, an MBA from Temple University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder designation in 2000. His responsibilities include portfolio management, equity research, screening process, stock selection, and options strategies.

Robert Hahn joined the firm in 2017. Previously, he worked in equity research at Raymond James, a brokerage firm in St. Petersburg, FL. He also was employed as a Senior Equity Analyst with Eagle Asset Management in St. Petersburg, FL. Bob received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, an MBA from Indiana University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder designation in 2002. His responsibilities include portfolio management and equity research.

Brian McCoy joined the firm in 2003. Previously, he was a portfolio manager with First Investment Advisors, serving in a consultative role for clients and actively implemented investment programs. He was also with Evergreen Investments, working as an analyst with its proprietary hedge fund and private equity fund of funds. He graduated with a BS from Pennsylvania State University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder designation in 1999 and an MBA from Kutztown University. His primary responsibilities include equity research and portfolio management.

Lidia Zidik joined Connors in 1998. Her duties include advertising, website and marketing, as well as the firm’s administrative functions. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial industry, most recently as vice president of broker services for The William Penn Funds/Penn Square Management Corporation. She holds a BA degree from Albright College in Reading, PA.

Debora Covell earned her undergraduate Business Marketing degree from Arizona State University, Masters at Kutztown University and her Certified Financial Planner certificate from Wake Forest University School of Business. Prior to joining Connors, she was employed for over 29 years at McGlinn Capital Management, Inc. serving as Vice President overseeing the operations department and was a primary member of the compliance team. Deb’s primary duties include compliance and client relationships.

Ryan McCallum joined the firm in 2022 with over 15 years of industry experience. Previously, he served as a Wealth Advisor for Tompkins Financial and Wells Fargo Advisors providing financial planning and investment solutions for individuals, business owners and nonprofit organizations. Ryan graduated with a BS degree in Economics and Finance from East Stroudsburg University. Ryan's primary duties include business development and client relationships.

Connie joined the firm in 1998 and is the cheerful voice you will typically hear when you call our home office. Prior to Connors, she worked at The William Penn Funds for a number of years and graduated from Alvernia University with a BA in Accounting and Business Management. Outside of work Connie likes to cook and go kayaking, although not at the same time. She is often seen running after her mini dachshund named Chloe.

Sue has been at Connors since 1997 after working 20 years at Meridian Bank, which is now Wells Fargo. Her main functions at the firm include composite creation, performance reporting, presentation materials and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Sue has 2 adult sons and a granddaughter, which along with her hobbies of boating, watching ice hockey and travelling, keep her very busy.

Brendan began working at Connors in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for The Vanguard Group as a member of the mutual fund analysis team. Brendan is responsible for trade support to the Portfolio Management team. Included in his many roles are placing trades, creating trade memos, running reports, assisting with trade discrepancies and monitoring client cash balances. In his spare time, Brendan enjoys watching sports and traveling.

Kate began working at Connors in 2015. She spent 15 years performing quality assurance testing and support for a financial software company. Kate’s many functions include all back-office processes including accounting duties, maintaining client accounts and data processing on software systems. Now having two grown children and two granddaughters, Kate is busy spending much of her time with family, church functions and arts and crafts.

Jennifer began working at Connors in 2014. As her main function, Jen is responsible for trade support to the Portfolio Management team. Included in her many roles are placing trades, creating trade memos, running reports and assisting in researching any trade discrepancies. We are proud of her commitment of time in the community, by working closely with Berks County Special Olympics as both a softball and volleyball coach.
